Warranty and Return Policy

At U-Stick, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Our Warranty and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to different products. Please read this policy carefully.


All U-Stick products are covered by a limited warranty, which guarantees that they will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with our products, please apply for a warranty by sending us a email including pictures and all order information to info@u-stick.eu We thoroughly investigate each warranty case to ensure fair and accurate resolutions.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Defective materials or workmanship
  • Failure to function properly under normal use
  • Welding issues
  • Welded-on valves

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage due to misuse or crashes
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect installation (please refer to our guide on how to install a bladder/valve)
  • Broken valves (as these are sourced from third-party brands, we cannot provide a warranty for their quality)

Return and Cancellation

Bladders and Valve Repair Kits

Our bladders are custom-made for each order, so they are non-returnable, except in cases covered by our warranty. Due to the unique nature of each order, cancellations are generally not possible. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will assess your request and determine whether cancellation is feasible. If the bladder has already entered production, we cannot process a cancellation.


Valves can be returned or canceled upon request. Please contact us for assistance. Please, note that the customer is responsible for the return and all following costs.
